Opis posla
We are looking for a senior technical product owner that is experienced at conceiving clever and scalable technical solutions in order to fulfill requirements by our business stakeholders. You will play a key role in helping us to further productise our technology platform. Your task will be to provide excellent and thought-through technical specifications, concepts and actionable development tasks to our development team who will then implement your solution. You will work closely together with the technical business analyst / product owner team of Toni as well as the development teams.
You are given the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, in the fintech / insurtech area for a fast-growing company that has built up a sizeable network of highly reputable partners. You will have a direct impact on our business and on the service we offer to our partners. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation and delivering value to our customers through technology. Furthermore, you will be exposed to a state-of-the-art technology stack where you will be able to leverage and apply latest technologies.
Kvalifikacije
You should apply if you have a
- Strong technical background, work-experience of 5-10 years in computer science / IT
- Proven track-record as product owner / technical product manager / similar role in software dev.
- Experience in defining robust and modern software architecture of platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills & ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives and strategy with business objectives to enable fast business growth
- Deep technical knowledge and proficiency in software development technologies, frameworks & tools
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
The following experience is valued
- Development experience / having worked as a developer yourself
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Have work experience in a financially regulated industry such as insurance or banking / understanding of insurance industry and insurance processes
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities. Comfortable in a fast moving environment.
