Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Take initiative in proposing updates and improvements to our brand identity, ensuring that all designs adhere to and enhance our established graphic standards
• Proactively suggest new ideas and enhancements to ensure designs align with company objectives and uphold brand consistency across all platforms
• Lead the potential rebranding process, from conceptualizing new visual elements to ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints
• Create visually engaging content to enhance our employer brand, including designs for presentations, social media, and recruitment campaigns
• Develop creative and on-brand designs for company merchandise, ensuring consistency with our overall visual identity
• Design eye-catching graphics for our social media channels, newsletters, and other digital platforms to engage and grow our audience
• Design promotional materials and branding elements for company events
• Capture high-quality photos at company events and of our employees, contributing to our visual content
• Provide support in the planning and execution of events, including contributing ideas and designs for branding event spaces and helping with organizational tasks

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Visual Arts or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Lead the potential rebranding process, from conceptualizing new visual elements to ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints
• Excellent knowledge in Design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom), Microsoft Suite, and experience in video creation using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro
• Knowledge and willingness to utilize tools like Canva and emerging AI tools that streamline and accelerate design processes
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, visual composition, and attention to detail
• Strong ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas and translate them into visually appealing designs
• Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
• A portfolio of completed design projects is required with the application

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in professional photography is a plus
