Our business is catered explicitly to the needs of real estate agents in Canada and the USA. We assist real estate agents in expanding their client base by giving them the tools they need to convert visitors to leads.

Our LeadGen formula has helped hundreds of our clients to gain the necessary exposure to boost their businesses.

Opis posla

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for Google PPC campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have the passion and dedication to strategically maximize our clients’ campaigns for engagement and leads. We’re in need of someone who can speak to clients with confidence, and preferably has experience with PPC Marketing.

This role involves overseeing online pay-per-click advertising campaigns, including strategy and implementation and ad performance analysis. If you have a strong analytical mindset and are excited about digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

The working hours are from 3PM – 11PM as they are adjusted to the time zone in Canada.

This is a remote/work from home position, on a fully virtual team, but we are looking only for employees located in Bosnia and Herzegovina due to legal and tax requirements.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to close gaps and complete tasks as needed
  • Communicate with clients directly, when needed via phone and email
  • Compile data into reports for clients
  • Set up meetings with clients and on occasions facilitate those meetings
  • Manage multiple Google PPC accounts
  • Keep up to date with PPC best practices, keyword research, and industry trends
  • Deliver results to our clients, while being transparent and honest

Kvalifikacije

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely and independently, with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level) is a must
  • Active listening skills and great question-asking skills to be able to deal with and solve client issues efficiently
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and analytic skills
  • Experience in using Google Suite products - Gmail, Google Documents, Google Calendar

It’s a plus if you are/have:

  • Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret marketing metrics
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Experience managing an MCC account.
  • Know how to set up and run a Google Ads account from scratch
  • Google Ads certified
  • Experience in using CRM
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role preferred
