Opis posla

Are you a creative and data-driven marketer with a knack for aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives? We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our Business Development team and enhance our presence in various key markets.
At Klika, ​we solve business problems and tackle big technology challenges with custom software engineering solutions. As our B2B Marketing Specialist, you would play a critical role in creating impactful campaigns, developing sales enablement materials, and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Core functions:
  • Campaign development:
Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with sales strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation.
  • Content creation:
Help develop sales enablement materials such as case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and LinkedIn content.
Support the BD team in outreach and presentations with targeted content.
Provide tailored marketing assets for client presentations.
  • Market research:
Build and refine buying persona profiles, research new markets, and analyze trends.
Gather actionable insights for sales messaging and campaign targeting.
  • Lead nurturing:
Implement drip campaigns and newsletters to keep potential clients engaged.
Align nurturing efforts with the sales pipeline to drive conversions.
  • Brand visibility:
Organize and participate in events (webinars, industry events, and networking opportunities).
Enhance the company's reputation in target markets.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration
Business Development: Provide tailored content for SDR outreach, develop sales enablement materials for Strategic Partnership Managers, and adjust campaigns based on feedback.
Marketing: Align with the Marketing team to ensure unified messaging, co-develop content for campaigns, and enhance brand visibility through shared initiatives.
Engineering: Translate technical capabilities into client-focused materials (e.g., whitepapers, case studies) and gather insights to showcase expertise.
Client Delivery: Highlight success stories and address client pain points in campaigns, ensuring delivery insights align with marketing efforts.

Kvalifikacije

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or software development industries.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing or content marketing are a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and buyer personas.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content and sales enablement materials.
  • Experience with CRM platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
  • Highly appreciated: Basic understanding of software development concepts to align messaging with technical capabilities.

Personal Traits:

  • Creativity and an eye for detail in crafting marketing materials.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across teams and departments
