What you will do in this role:
Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue generation processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize revenue operations.
Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue operations and identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain scalable systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of revenue-related activities.
Drive the implementation and adoption of revenue-focused technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales analytics tools.
Conduct regular reviews of sales and marketing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales enablement programs, including training, content creation, and sales process optimization.
Provide guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams on revenue operations best practices and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend strategic initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Kvalifikacije
What you will bring to this role:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Fluent English.
5+ years experience and proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive business decisions.
Demonstrated experience in optimizing sales and marketing processes, systems, and tools to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
A strong passion for revenue operations and a deep understanding of its impact on business growth.
