We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll identify and engage potential clients, building relationships that drive our growth. What You'll Do:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads in the architecture and design industry.
Proactively contact prospective clients via phone, email, fairs and Social Media (i.e. LinkedIn) to establish initial contact.
Qualify leads based on our rule set and set up meetings for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with the Market Team Leaders and the Sales Director to develop effective strategies for lead generation & nurturing.
Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) records with accurate information.
Work towards monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion (meeting) targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to communicate value propositions effectively.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospects
Kvalifikacije
You're a good fit if you are/have:
Excellent communication skills: Confident and professional in verbal and written communication in English and German or English and Spanish or English and French
Passion for Sales: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or pre-sales is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive mindset with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
Tech Savy: Familiarity with CRM systems (eg. Salesforce) and sales tools (eg. MixMax, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) is advantageous.
Interest in architecture, design, or digital media is highly desirable.
