Opis posla

Are you passionate about technology, eager to connect with potential clients, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment? We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team and help drive growth in the MENA, EU, and the USA markets.
At Klika, we solve business problems and tackle big technology challenges with custom software engineering solutions. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in building and managing our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with qualified leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with Marketing and Business Development Managers to create tailored outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Primary functions:

  • Outbound prospecting:
Identify and engage potential clients using channels such as LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
Develop creative outreach sequences that capture prospects’ attention and address their unique needs.
  • Market research:
Conduct research on target markets, trends, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Build and refine outreach lists, gathering actionable sales intelligence across industries.
  • Lead qualification:
Qualify leads through email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and cold outreach.
Assess lead viability and gather key insights to pass on to Strategic Parnership Managers.
  • Pipeline management:
Use CRM tools to log activities, track engagement, and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team.
Monitor outreach performance and adjust strategies to improve lead conversion rates.

Secondary Functions:

  • Research and insights:
Analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential client pain points to enhance sales pitches.
Collaborate with Marketing to align research insights with sales messaging.
  • Collaboration with marketing and delivery teams:
Work closely with the B2B Marketing Specialist to synchronize campaigns and outreach efforts.
Stay updated on new service offerings and internal capabilities to craft compelling client proposals.

Kvalifikacije

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales, SDR, or business development role, ideally in tech or a service oriented B2B environment.
  • Tools proficiency: Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (you would be using SpiroAI here), and sales outreach tools (eg. Apollo).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport.
  • Research skills: Strong ability to analyze markets, industries, and trends to uncover opportunities.
  • Self-motivation: A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
