Quality Engineer

Your Tasks

• Develop systems for data gathering and analysis
• Automate data monitoring
• Automate quality metrics
• Present results of data analysis in a nice dynamic format, with clickable data or graph, which shows more details on click
• Continuous training in the team to ensure good knowledge about automotive standards, procedures, and practices
• Work with engineering and other departments to develop control plans and work instructions for new and revised product

• Technical education (B.Sc.) with a focus on software.
• Knowledge of coding guidelines, secure and safe coding, code reviews, code analysis, and related tools.
• Interest in working in the area of development processes creation and automatic assurance of conformance to process.
• Ability to coordinate people and common actions.
• Ability to organize meetings.Ability to write reports.
• Interest in the process of reviewing other people's work
• Understanding of Key Performance Indicators
• Very good moderation and communication skills
• Very good command of the English
