Role Overview:
As a Sales Assistant at Alea Partners, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the sales team, managing client communications, and contributing to the smooth execution of sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the sales team.
Preparing offers and contracts, including occasional meetings with clients.
Monitoring and updating the CRM system.
Contacting clients for additional information or confirmations.
Performing ad-hoc tasks, occasionally outside regular working hours, to assist the sales team.
Collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams.
Willingness to travel.
