Opis posla
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the EMEA business development throughout the sales cycle
• Developing an understanding of the products & related infrastructure needs of a wide range of clients and prospects
• Providing and/or coordinating technical support in the pre-sales phase
• Maintaining change request related reports and providing a view on open activities related to client projects
• Developing & maintaining product supporting documentation and presentations
• Assist with developing client project plans and managing timeframes and milestones
• Liaising with internal and external teams to coordinate the required work while keeping the client up to date by managing calls and status reports
• Continuing to develop current relationships through working with our customer support team and maintaining contact
• Continuously growing technical product knowledge and understanding of global financial markets (with a focus on EMEA) while developing project management skills.
• New prospect profiling, outreach & maintenance of the prospect relationships
Kvalifikacije
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/certification, ideally in finance, computer science, engineering or another technical field
• Excellent spoken & written English (knowledge of German or French is a great plus)
• Passion for technology and finance
• Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities
• Organised with good time management
• Responsive with good communication skills working in a multi-cultural environment
• Resourceful and self-reliant with good critical thinking and problem solving
Appreciated skills:
• Related experience in pre-sales and hands-on project management
• Client facing experience, including attending meetings and conference calls
